The current condition of SPR health services is largely deficient. The greatest challenge is related to the fragmentation of services and the lack of coordination among multiple stakeholders. There is a chronic lack of coordination, planning and medical care. Owners have to quintuple their activities and their employees become the controllers of the customers’ desperate requests.
